# Neil Grose, NJG Group and NJG Consultancy

> Neil Grose is a UK delivery architect and founder based in Cornwall, in the south-west of England. He came up through UK full-fibre network delivery, from apprentice to running delivery and engineering at board level. Across NJG Group he runs NJG Consultancy and NJG Ventures, is building Righto Tax, and is Director, Delivery & Engineering at Konstructiv, a venture he co-founded: companies where software and AI agents do the heavy lifting and a person stays accountable.
