Engineering services

Konstructiv's engineering teams use digital survey and automated, AI-assisted design software to produce high-level and detailed designs, permits and construction drawings. Permitting starts early, so the full requirements are known before they can hold up approval. Final designs are loaded straight into the construction management platform, ready for the field.

Systems

Konstructiv Systems is a certified systems integrator and reseller for Autodesk and Vitruvi. The team configures and deploys an end-to-end construction software platform, with design, field reporting and dashboards joined up, so it works on day one.

Network owners, and the engineer, furnish and install (EF&I) contractors who build for them. In practice: anyone running a capital programme to deploy broadband, fibre or utility networks who needs designs, permits, field reporting and as-builts to agree with each other.

The value of a network investment depends on the quality of its as-built data. Programmes struggle at close-out when design and construction systems don't share data, when capable software is set up badly, or when teams never really adopt it. Payables, receivables and as-builts then refuse to reconcile, and funding is put at risk.
