Terms of service

1. The tool

NJG Social is an internal tool run by NJG Consultancy Ltd (company number 16095900). It publishes posts to social accounts owned by NJG Consultancy Ltd or its group companies. It is not offered or sold to anyone else.

2. Who may connect an account

Only someone authorised to manage an account owned by NJG Consultancy Ltd or one of its group companies may connect it to NJG Social.

3. YouTube

These terms, together with the YouTube Terms of Service, govern use of NJG Social with YouTube.

NJG Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to NJG Social you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Other networks

Posting to any other network is also subject to that network’s own terms and developer policies, which NJG Social follows.

5. Content

Each brand is responsible for the posts it approves. NJG Social publishes only posts that have passed our own review.

6. Privacy

How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy.

7. Ending access

An account can be disconnected at any time by revoking access in the network’s settings, or by asking us at hello@njgconsultancy.com.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
